Adult film star Stormy Daniels filed a new lawsuit Wednesday that claims Keith Davidson, her former lawyer, was in cahoots with Michael Cohen, US President Donald Trump's lawyer, while still representing her.
"As alleged herein, in or about January of 2018, Defendants discussed and attempted to arrange at least one media appearance on Mr. Hannity's Fox News show, the goal of which was not to allow Ms. Clifford to truthfully tell her story, but for her appearance to benefit Mr. Trump by controlling the media coverage resulting from an InTouch magazine article that had just been released", today's complaint said. "Trump is a real gentleman who respects his wife and loves his daughter and has a warm relationship with his ex-wives", the former New York City mayor said.
Daniels' work as an adult film actress "entitles you to no degree of giving your credibility any weight", he said, adding that people could "just look" at Daniels to know she wasn't believable.
"That said, Attorney Davidson is very happy that he has filed this lawsuit because he strongly believes that the filing constitutes a full and complete waiver of the attorney-client privilege", said Mr Wedge in a statement.

She also said everyone was chanting for her to chug the beer, but she said she would have slammed the brew, anyway. DiMarco told MLB's Cut4 blog that she tried to catch the ball after it bounced up from behind her.
But the apology, Avenatti said, is not for Giuliani.
It wasn't even clear why Giuliani was discussing the Clifford affair in the first place - his role is to serve as Trump's defense in the Russian Federation investigation.
Stormy Daniels has released her own fragrance. Handsome women. Classy women. "I think it was a bit in jest", Pompeo said.
Giuliani said the $130,000 that Daniels was paid as part of the nondisclosure agreement was "like a nuisance thing".
Avenatti fired back on Twitter, calling Giuliani a "misogynist". Giuliani defended his comments denigrating Clifford's credibility on CNN on Thursday. "But I'm sorry, I don't respect a porn star the way I respect a career women or a women of substance or a woman who has great respect for herself as a women and as a person and isn't going to sell her body for sexual exploitation".
