The duo have worked together at City for the past two years, following a previous two year spell at Barcelona.
He was eventually offloaded to Manchester City arriving at the beginning of the clubs revolution. In the season just gone, while the midfielder was on the periphery for much of the campaign, City dominated the Premier League and clinched the League Cup too.
Toure takes a place on the bench.
Toure made the sensational accusations in a recent interview with France Football after leaving Manchester City last season.
Toure added: "Actually I want to be the one who breaks the Guardiola myth a bit". Do you really think he could've been like that with Andres Iniesta?

"It got to the point I asked myself if it was because of my colour". Maybe we Africans are not always treated by some in the same way as others.
"I'm not the first person to talk about his different ways of treating people".
Such is the ill-feeling between Toure and Guardiola, Seluk says that the Ivorian would be willing to play for any top-six club next season with a weekly wage of £1, supplemented by selected bonuses. He'll never admit it [not liking Africans]. "But the day he picks a team with five Africans in, I promise I will send him a cake!"
We're not quite sure why Toure made those comments but given the reaction from his former teammates and Guardiola himself, it seems they made more out of spite than any sort of evidence. "I am not the same, nor do they even look at me in the same way", he told TV3. "We were together two years and now is when he says it. He never told me face-to-face".
