Robin Williams was a comedian unlike no other, conquering the worlds of film, television and stand-up with an idiosyncratic sense of timing that helped him carve out a distinct presence as an entertainer.
Directed by Marina Zenovich, the documentary debuted at this year's Sundance for Zenovich's third time and earned rave reviews from critics, now holding a 100% rating on review aggregate Rotten Tomatoes based on 10 reviews.
"You're only given a little spark of madness and if you lose that, you're nothing", the late Williams says in the first trailer. "It's time to enter the human mind", says a sombre Williams, as if leading you through a dark tunnel.

"Come Inside My Mind", it looks back at the life and work of the legendary star, featuring footage of his stand-up performances as well as interviews with his family and friends, including famous faces like Steve Martin, Billy Crystal and Monty Python's Eric Idle.
"Offstage, I just felt he was holding himself together", Williams' son Zak is also featured in the clip.
The documentary explores Williams' extraordinary life and career, revealing what drove him to give voice to the characters in his mind. There are also interviews with Williams which adds an intimate aspect of the late comedian's words.
