Two other people with Garza were arrested on drug charges.
Esmeralda Garza, 29, was arrested Friday, June 29, after a drug raid in Corpus Christi, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Authorities are accusing a South Texas mother of selling her 7-year-old son and trying to sell her two young daughters. Garza was also in the process of selling two other children - a 2-year-old girl and a 3-year-old girl - as well, officials said.
Garza's bond has been set at $100,000.
In a new statement, DPS says they have located the 7-year-old boy that was allegedly sold by his mom.

He said engineers from his Boring Co and SpaceX companies needed to be on site to appreciate the complexities of evacuation. Former Thai Navy SEAL Samarn Kunan died trying to get oxygen to the group, which just how risky getting them out would be.
KRIS-TV reported the boy had been purchased by two men. Jail records did not list an attorney for her.
Investigators are still looking into the woman and said there could be additional charges filed against her as well.
A man and woman were arrested as a result of the drug investigation and more charges are expected in that case.
Authorities say the investigation remains ongoing.
