Only last week was the notch confirmed for the XL device after several phone cases emerged on Chinese e-commerce marketplace AliExpress. There's a large earpiece with what appears to a dual front camera setup, which will be a first for the Pixel series, considering the current Pixel 2 makes do with single camera setups for both the front and rear. That includes a deep notch on the Pixel 3 XL which is playing host to a pair of front-facing cameras. This will sit at the top of the handset's 6.2in display, which MySpartPrice speculates will boast a 19:9 aspect ratio.
Both the phone are expected to come with Snapdragon 845, 6GB RAM and Android P. For some reasons, Google chose to stick with its single rear camera implementation and looking at the cameras on Pixel 2 phones, we can not doubt the quality of photos that the Pixel 3's single rear camera will take. Rest of the design remains the same as the Pixel 3.
Trump to meet with Putin next month in Helsinki, White House announces
The U.K. has reason to be vigilant given its claim that Moscow was behind the poisoning of a former Russian spy on British soil. Some of the senior minister's concerns are shared within Prime Minister Theresa May's government and Conservative Party.
The Google Pixel 3 XL too, has a lot of design elements similar to the Pixel 2 XL of past year, but the major change is on the front. The Pixel 3 XL will still have a chin though, as shown in this image. However, both smartphones will measure 8.6mm thin when the rear camera bump is accounted for. What may disappoint the fans of Pixel smartphones it that the Pixel 3 XL will not be featuring dual rear cameras. The display is also larger than last year's version, coming in at 6.2 inches.
Like the Pixel 3, the "XL" model comes with a display with rounded corners. We hope Google will be adding a feature to hide the notch. It means that the upper portion of the back panel that houses the camera is of glass whereas the remaining part is made out of metal. The Pixel 3 XL will share the same sensors and front camera as the Pixel 3, just nestled in the notch.
Otherwise, the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will host a USB Type-C port on the bottom of the phone for charging and will lack 3.5mm headphone jack again this year.
