As previously announced, Season 8 of the series, titled "Apocalypse", will be a crossover between the "American Horror Story" seasons "Murder House" and "Coven", which were the first and third seasons of the show, respectively.
The horrors of daily living in the United States appear doomed to continue indefinitely, as American Horror Story has been renewed for a tenth season on FX.
And, of course, there'll also be more "American Crime Story" and "Feud".
Paulson also shared that she'd be playing three roles: Venerable (a new role), as well as Cordelia, her character from Coven, and Billie Dean, the medium she played in the "Murder House" season.
As to whether Season 10 will be the end, Landgraf says he doesn't know. "A lot of that comes down to Ryan and whether he still feels inspired about it".

Trump renews government shutdown threat if no border wall funding
The $5 billion is well above the $1.6 billion in the Senate version of a bill funding the Department of Homeland Security. The Senate bill in contrast, allots $1.6 billion for fencing in the Rio Grande Valley and border security technology.
Jessica Lange is returning to "American Horror Story". Jessica Lange is back this upcoming season!
Elsewhere, Variety reveals that Sarah Paulson spoiled Lange's return when discussing Apocalypse at this year's Television Critics Association summer press tour. Given that Apocalypse will focus on Constance's adopted grandson, it makes sense that Lange return as either of the fan-favorite characters or maybe even both.
The Emmy, Golden Globe and AFI Award-winning series from co-creators Murphy and Brad Falchuk aired its seventh season on FX past year.
