Everyone is still trying to sort out what was happening inside a Brooklyn nail salon where a pretty wild melee took place with broomsticks flying during a beat-down after a customer allegedly refused to pay for a botched eye brow job, the NY Post reports.
An activist who protested over the weekend claimed the liquid thrown was acetone, the primary ingredient in nail polish remover, and that the altercation began because a woman at the salon with her two grandchildren did not want to pay for a poorly done eyebrow treatment.
"So I'm at the nail salon and they f**ked up a lady's eyebrow and she refused to pay then a fight broke out", wrote the person who captured the video on Facebook.
Police arrested a salon worker Huiyue Zheng, 32, and one of the customers named Christina Thomas. Cops say she was released following a hearing in Brooklyn Criminal Court.
On Monday, people gathered to protest the salon and demanded it be shut down.
She also expressed her anger that the salon staff were "hitting [the women] like animals".

"You couldn't pay me to come back here", said resident Crystal Harper.
She later posted the video on Facebook, where it has gone viral. "They can not survive and we can not feed them", Johnson said in Facebook video capturing the protest.
News 12 is told that Thomas was at the salon with her granddaughter getting a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. "He said "I'll fix it, ' she said 'you can't fix it".
The Facebook and Yelp pages for New Red Apple Nail have been flooded with angry comments.
The incident has inflamed racial tensions, and prompted calls for black residents to spend their money elsewhere.
