The former actor was reportedly caught by cops around 1am on Saturday 4 August in Oroville, California, an hour north of the state's capital Sacramento. After pleading no contest, he was sentenced to 150 days in the Los Angeles County Jail. TMZ was told police cut him a break after he spent a few hours in the "drunk tank".
This is the latest legal drama for Weiss.
Weiss played Goldberg in the 1992 sports comedy but his mugshot shows the years have not been kind; in 2017 he was arrested for possession of meth.
