The video is only a short teaser for the full reveal at tomorrow's Game Awards 2018, so we won't have to wait long to find out more details. If you take a closer look at the trailer, you may notice that in the first frame we see the dropping of a nuclear bomb just in the background, with a familiar-looking Montana-esque barn and a U.S. flag next to it.
However, there has tended to be several years between games.
Maurizio Sarri questions Chelsea players’ attitude after Wolves defeat
In the last championship in Italy, I lost the title with 91 points [at Napoli], so I know how important it is to win. Chelsea FC are looking to finish in the top four this season after the Blues ended up in fifth spot last term.
No, you read that right - there's gonna be a new Far Cry game that takes place, going by the teaser trailer, after a nuclear apocalypse. However, there are a few tidbits of information we can pick out from the video to better understand what Ubisoft is planning. Though the brief look doesn't explicitly say the announcement is connected with Far Cry 5 or that it's explicitly Far Cry 6, the setting of this new game or expansion appears similar to be similar to the latest game in the series. Early in the teaser, a nuke detonates, and we see a brief glimpse of what appears to be some sort of cobbled-together, Mad Max-like mechanical crossbow at the very end. Ubisoft call it "a new Far Cry game" but it's not yet clear whether it will be a direct sequel, a spin-off, or what. Either way, we're excited to see what the publisher has up its sleeve.
